Your data, briefly.

This site is run by Mallorca Padel Escapes ("we", "us"). It exists to tell you what we do and to make it easy to message us on WhatsApp. Here is what that means for your data, in plain English.

What we collect

Nothing automatically. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security, which are deleted on their normal schedule.

The escape builder stores your selections in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a refresh. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to open WhatsApp.

WhatsApp. When you message us, we receive your name, number and whatever you write, and we use it to plan and book your trip. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; their privacy policy applies to the messaging service itself.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare a proposal, and, if you go ahead, book the courts, accommodation and services you've asked for. We share the details needed with the hotels, clubs, coaches, chefs and drivers involved in your trip, and with nobody else. We don't sell data and we don't send newsletters you haven't asked for.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to run your trip and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp at +34 608 835 179 and we'll sort it.

Changes

If we add analytics or any other tool that changes the above, we'll update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
